The location is very good, close to the Sunset Beach, very good living conditions, nice room and nice garden. Quiet. The owner is very friendly and gave a lot of usefully information about what to visit. Very good and reach breakfast. If I will come back to Cape Town, I will choose again this residence

Perfect residence
The location is very good,about five minutes walking distance to the Sunset Beach, Very good living conditions, nice rooms and lovely kitchenette. The owner (Fabrizio) is very friendly and gave a lot of useful information about best places to visit. He even assisted me with the online booking for Robben Island as I had not activated my mobile for roaming. I will not mind staying at Sunset Residence if I visit Cape Town again

Perfect place to stay in Cape Town
What a great, warm welcomed stay we had. I was only there 2 days but was just so moved by how kind and warm Fabrizio was. He greeted us with a smile, helped us to our room and gave us the low down on the area. Unit was super clean, stocked and had an awesome shower and tub plus a quaint yard and pool. I fell in love with his gentle giant dog Hercules!! Sweetest thing!!! Close to shopping and a quick walk to a very lovely beach. Highly recommend!!! 10+
